ELAIA ZEUS S.A., a company controlled by the Investment Fund Diorama Investments Sicar S.A. in which also participates the investment Fund Elikonos 2 SCA Sicar, announces that it completed today the acquisition of the company MINERVA S.A. John Kalantzis, the Chief Investment Officer of DECA Investments AIFM stated: “I would like to thank all those who worked hard during these last months for the completion of this acquisition. We will work together with Minerva’s excellent human capital in order to further improve the growth potential οf the company”.

Minerva’s new Board of Directors consists of: D. Takas – President, A. Giannakakos – Board Advisor, J. Kalantzis, N. Koulis, A. Katsouridis, P. Solomos – BoD members. In addition, C. Bonou, O. Tsaka and  C. Antonopoulos will participate as observers.
